To make a reservation, 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, payable by any credit or debit card (with PayPal), cheque or direct bank transfer. The remainder is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Bookings within 8 weeks of arrival are payable in full.

On receipt of full payment, details of how to get to The Church Apartment at Lybster will be sent alongside information regarding check-in.

The Apartment will be available at 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. Guests are respectfully asked to ensure the Apartment is vacated at 10 a.m. on the morning of departure. Changeover days are flexible subject to availability.

 Terms and Conditions

Cancellation

We understand that sometimes cancellations are unavoidable and we will do our best to accommodate in these circumstances. You are required to advise of a cancellation as soon as possile.

If we are advised of cancellation more than 8 weeks prior to expected arrival, the 30% deposit you have paid will be retained. If we are advised less than 8 weeks, then guests are expected to pay the full cost of the rental.

Cleaning

The Apartment will be presented to a high standard of cleanliness on your arrival. Guests are asked to look after The Church Apartment at Lybster and adhere to our good housekeeping policy. Please leave the property clean and tidy, and report anything missing or damaged.

Maintenance

Every effort will be made to ensure that everything is in good condition and works. We will endeavour to replace or repair equipment as quickly as we can, so that you can get back to enjoying your holiday with minimum inconvenience to yourself.

Smoking

The Church Apartment at Lybster is a non-smoking property.

Holiday Protection and Damages to Personal Property

You are encouraged to have Holiday Insurance which includes cover for cancellations.

While every effort has been made to ensure utmost security, vehicles and personal effects are left at the owners risk, and we will not take responsibility for any loss or damage or any injury incurred to persons which are caused through no fault of the owners.

Occupancy

The Church Apartment at Lybster comfortably sleeps 7 people and a baby in a cot and should not exceed this.

Individuals with Physical Impairment and Walking Difficulties

As the accommodation is over two floors, the Apartment may be unsuitable for those individuals with walking difficulties or physical impairment and may be unsuitable for the eldery and infirm.
